Marie is a great property manager, she is very proactive and as we had tenants leaving, she managed to get other tenants moving in the next day after the lease stopped! Resulting in 0 day vacancy and increase in rent! Marie has provided great advice increasing the rental value out of our investment property with fixes that were done prior to listing the rental property.
